Welcome to the 2009
CFC Sacramento-NorCal Application Season!
Thank you for your interest in participating in the combined federal campaign workplace giving program. If your application is successful, you will join 2000+ charities that are eligible to get designated gifts from Federal employees in the Fall 2009 charity campaign.
Please review the applications VERY CLOSELY:
- 2009 Federation Application, instruction and checklist
- 2009 Local Independent Organizations and Federation Members Application, instruction and checklist
- 2009 Morale, Welfare and Recreation (ìMWRî) Organization Application, instruction and checklist
New 2009 Procedures:
- Federations are required to submit a full application each year.
- New Federation Members (not participating in the 2008 Campaign or Members that changed Federations) must submit a complete application for inclusion with its Federation Application.
- 2008 approved Federation Members (that did not change Federations) must continue to submit applications to respective Federations.Ý Federations are not required to submit 2008 approved Members Applicants to the PCFO by the application deadline of April 9; however, each Federation must maintain a file and complete application for all 2009 Members listed in Attachment A and G, as the PCFO, LFCC or OPM may request a full review of any Federation Member.
- Local Independent Organizations are required to submit a full application each year.
- Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) Organizations are required to submit a full application each year.
- All Federations, Local Independent Organizations and MWR Organizations are asked to provide organizational data and 25 word statements using the attached spreadsheet; submit with the application on a CD or email an electronic copy to Margaret@mapgives.com. (Federations are asked to provide data for all Members.)
